What we’re looking for

Heart and Home Organizing is looking for kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, hard-working, detailed-oriented, energetic, and (of course) highly organized people to join our team. If you have a heart for helping people and want you make a difference in their lives and if you are not intimidated by messy spaces this could be the perfect role for you.

We bring a high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic to every job. Our organizers are expected to do the same starting from the very first day in a home. Our organizers are expected to provide an experience of friendliness, respectfulness, and unparalleled expertise. We seek to creating a unique experience for each customer based on their needs.

The ideal candidate:

  • Someone willing to work with lead organizer to help clients sort, declutter and organize their homes

  • A self-starter. Our organizers actively engage in every task and anticipate how to make the most of their time to create value for the client. We are looking for someone who have a positive attitude, professional demeanor and can take initiative on a job site.

  • Someone with an eye for details. Our organizers are detail oriented and notice the little things.

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs., climb stairs, and work on your feet for several hours at a time.

  • Someone with reliable transportation to jobs within 45 miles of Severna Park, MD

Position details:

  • Part -Time Employee Position

  • Will work Closely with Jan, lead organizer/owner

  • Hours: 0-10 hours/week

  • Competitive Wage - Starting between $20-$25 per hour depending on experience
